David Emmelkamp LL.M. joined De Roos & Pen in 2009. Before that he was an intern at the Zwolle-Lelystad Court of Law, among other things. Emmelkamp has built up a lot of international experience through internships in the examining magistrate's office in the Department of International Offence at the Court of Law in The Hague, the United Nations, the International Center for Transitional Justice and the Cambodia Tribunal. Emmelkamp has also published in several professional journals. At De Roos & Pen he is mainly working in the general criminal practice.
